Leigh bifold door hardware The plastic "cap" between the spring and "peg" broke. Is a replacement available? Thank you

We have two types of window balances in an Apartment complex the marking on the attached picture is 16c the other balance is marked 24c. The metal shaft of the 16c is 17 inches long and overall with the end pieces it is 17 3/4". The other size balance marked 24c the metal portion is 25" long overa ... (cont.)

Can you help me identify this tilt latch. I was able to locate one that is the exact size and has the same hole location but the operable part of the latch is either to the left or the right and not in the center so it won't work. Thank you in advance.

We have double hung windows that have a handle to lift open the window and 10 of these handle lifts are broken. The windows were installed in 1999. I'm trying to replace a bunch of weatherstrip on my white Andersen Narrowline 200 windows. Andersen only makes a replacement in Black. Do you have an alternate I could adapt and use? Here is a picture of the end of the weatherstrip. It measures 5/16" by 5/16"

My window had a hard time staying up and a few weeks ago I heard a loud snap and now it won't stay up at all. It appears to have an upper coil as well a coil inside the housing unit. Hi, hope you can provide a replacement handle for our screen door. From the outside, it latches to the right side as depicted in pic 2 above.

They are 25inches and 5/8" but there isn't a colored tip and the piece that screwed under window frame is attached unlike the ones I see on the website

The first photo it's a storm window hardware it has 2,holes and 4.5 deep , the other pictures are window hardware.

These are used inside the frame to provide a stop for the screen to rest on, two different styles made from plastic. They dry out and crack and the screens flop around in the oversized opening.
