I have 20 dbl hung aluminum windows that are no longer operable and requiring the old balancers to be replaced Units are about 30 + years old and all tilt in, was able to remove the balancers but couldn't extract the pivot shoes Is there a specific formula on removing and installing these? ... I need 2 pivot shoes as shown. it's 1.94" long X 1.20" wide X .54" thick. it used a S190-740 Ballance. Thank You, Douglas
