My sliding door uses a handle like this with the handle in the middle of the handle. I cannot find a replacement handle with the latch in the middle, only in the lower position. I would appreciate recommendations. Thanks

I have a balance shoe as shown in the picture. Do you carry this type of balance shoe? Also, do you know how I remove the insert to replace the balance shoe? Thanks for your help

It looks very similar to 38-065, but I am looking for something with hooks. I need both right and left.

NuAir is the manufacturer. Previously the part was PDH137.

Windows installed in 2000. Only marking is on window latch - SEMCO. Looking for plastic caps for frame that window screen plunger pins fit into.
