There are two rollers in the top and bottom of each window. Currently a few of the windows squeak a lot when opening and closing. The tracks are cleaned and I put a silicone based lubricant on the track but after a short period some windows start squeaking so I want to try replacing a few rollers to ... (cont.)

Hello there. I'm trying to identify the above. It's 22.5 inches long (metal rod only). It has "22 4 BSI TO" on the side. The windows themselves have "INSULATE" in relief on the locks/latches.

Hi, I need to identify the balancer in the attached pictures. The house is old Florida, probably 60 to 70 years old. Windows are original I believe. I've taken all the pictures so hopefully it will be easy to identify. There are no stamps as the ends are rusted over. Thanks, Jim

Wanted to see if swisco made a compatible product.

The inside locking lever broke off. The door can still be locked but there is no lever. The lever itself was white.It is not an exterior thumb latch. It was a white latch that would go up and down to lock the door.
