We bought this door without a handle. We would like a keyed handle.Our door is 1-3/4" thick. It has the latch in the door, but we have no other parts.There is nothing to latch the door into.Please let us know what parts we need to make this door work.Thank you, Jim & Sue Ellen ... (cont.)

Hi, I just ordered balance end brackets 15-209 form you. Unfortunately, when I went to install one, the metal wire hook that connects to the window broke. I'm attaching two photos. Can you help? Is this a part that can be replaced? Thanks!

About 27" long and 5/8" wide. Stamp appears to say "25-9 KP5 CMC 17" while the window measures 45.5" wide by 29" tall.

From a vinal window. This along with 2 other parts like hold a flat rod to side of the window. The rod goes up and down with the locking device to pull the window closed

I found this site when I was looking for the replacement of the balance spring of my single hung window. The number indicated on the frame is 2390 EK 30 and the length of the frame is 24" What series and option do you think I should order. Thanks Dante
