I need the sash balances for an Andersen 244DH-DPFLW-WL window, which are completely different. The stamp on the side reads 850 BSI NO I would need four in total ? two left and two right pieces. Thank you for your help with this! Please let me know if you have any questions.

The housing on the window operator crank cracks after many years of useage, so the worm gear no longer stays engaged when torque is applied. I need 6 of these crank mechanisms. Do I need to buy the entire window operator assembly, or can I just buy the crank mechanism? Whatever I need to buy, I need ... (cont.)

Your images of dual roller drawer guides for kitchen cabinet drawers look like mine except my rollers are black and the overall measurements are smaller. Mine measure 1.75 inches top to bottom and the wheel width is 5/8 inch. Do you have these smaller units?

Hi I'm looking for 3 closet rails I've had these for years now and I can't seem to find these anywhere. The Rail is 70inches and the with is almost 4inches.

Need new 3510 Milgard casement as wind damaged sash and shattered glass.

1/2" straigh plain style 33" long channel. 1-1/8" winged bottom fitting. 28 lb. sash weight.

Clip shown in all photos fits 3/8" x 3/4" screen frame and snaps into window to secure the screen. I am in need of at least 12 of these and at least 12 like parts to fit 5/16" x 3/4" screen frame.
