Need help locating these parts on your web site

Vinyl framed single hung windows. No brand markings. Tilting. 2 latches on sash.

I'm looking to purchase the correct handle with locking mechanisim to be able to latch and lock this door. Can you point me to the correct part number?

Window is sagging on left side due to what I think is the balancer, curious to see if the parts can be found anywhere. No visible marking on Window or parts.

The balance is spring loaded attached to a plastic clip. The clips are broken and windows won't raise. Springs appear to be fine. If we find them i would want at least 12

Looking for seal that holds the glass in place

I'm looking to replace many of these crank handles with something low profile or folding so that they don't interfere with window shades. Can you help identify something? I believe the shank is roughly 3/8" but someone claimed it was "3/8" Special"

I have a white vinyl casement window and the operator is broken.It's a Truth Entrygard hardware.The short member coming off of the operator arm is ~4" longThe long member is ~5" longThe cover is cracked and needs to be replaced.The handle is okay.Can I get a replacement?Scott

Hi. I am looking for a replacement pivot lock shoe for the spiral balances on my tilt window. The channel in which the shoe rides looks to be 1-1/4 inches wide and 9/16 inches dep. the windows were probably installed in the mid 1990's. I need qty (4) each foot and shoe for better bilt vinyl window. Foot is metal and measures 1/4 inch wide, shoe is 1 1/4 wide by 2 1/4 long.

Please help find replacements.
