Thank you kindly for waiting during our busy season. The pivot shoe in your photos is the 15-199, used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs (sold separately). You'll have to measure the width of the old spring to confirm the best match. The video below will go over how to choose the proper coil weights. 

If this is a triple coil assembly, see the 15-150T or 15-205, depending on the width of the old spring band.
