need correct replacement for channel balance : SWISCO.com

size is 34B. I'm assuming S795 channel balance is the correct one but not sure. If so, can I replace the top screw clip with a hook...as my windows have a top hole for use with a hook on the top.?

We can help with this via a custom order since your balances use a hook like the 15-198. Can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to order? Additionally, we recommend you confirm whether the specifications of your old T-lock shoe matches the 15-195, which comes attached to the Series 795 balances by default.

My current T-Lock shoes match the 15-194 size. I want to upgrade only one of my windows first, just to make sure everything fits. So I need a quote for two channel balances (S795, 34B) each with a hook on the top and a 15-194 shoe for each balance. I also need one 26-243 tilt latch (lh, white) and one 26-244 tilt latch (rh, white). Thank You.
