I am looking for an operator for a Marvin awning window- scissor arm with roto gear operator, single plate with 2 small levers that connect to the sash.Total arm length 21 1/2 inches ThanksOwen

Awning window. The arms are extended 17"

Need to replace a number of KK window mechanisms in 35 year old log home in Wisconsin. Most come off track and cannot be closed for inside house. Operator shaft piece isn't able to close the window. It can pick up the gears to open the window but just rotates on closing. It looks a little striped. Is there anyway I can just replace the shaft piece? The screws attaching the dual arms to the window look almost impossible to reach unless the who ... (cont.)

Hello, I have casement windows with wooden shutters that no longer have handles. I tried using a universal fit handle but it performed poorly. Window 1 has a broken piece that guides the window on the track and holds it along the side. Since it broke off, I can still move the window but it is essentially free floating. Can I order a specific part or should I order the entire mechanism / set? I can identify the are as Truth 90602. ... (cont.)

Could not find any numbers or even a name brand. Hand crank handles are stripped and one broke off. No name brand on glass either. May have been purchased at Home Depot. This is a casement window. One window has vapored, don't know if you carry replacement sashes.

Hello, my window that I need to crank open has stopped working. Hoping replacing the crank mechanism verse new window. The arms at the bottom say "Wright" and 2006. The actual crank handle says "semco". It keeps slipping when trying to crank, I've tightened the screw on handle but doesn't work still ... (cont.)
