Replacement parts needed

Anderson wood casement windows - 1995ish with broken cranks

My problem crank assembly appears to be very much like your part numbers 39-150 and/or 39-094. However, mine does NOT have the screws that mount the cover onto the assembly. Length wise it seems to be in-between these two are far as the armature.

Need a new hand crank for this window
Hello, The hand crank case for this window is cracked and no longer working. The window measurements are 44 inches tall by 21 inches wide. I recently purchased your Anderson operator #39-094 and 39-095 I thought the 9" arms were the correct length as they were the only anderson straight arm operators on your website. Crank came out!
Can you help figure out what parts I need? It's just under 4 inches measuring between the screws. The crank was broke, you could open the window but not close it. Thanks!
