Entry Guard TRUTH is stamped on the long arm. 20810 is stamped on the shorter arm . 40471 is stamped into the mounting plate. I am not sure which parts to measure (I don't know the names of specific parts). The problem is that the gear teeth have worn down on the gear that makes contact with the ... (cont.)

We have a window with a stripped crank that won't open with turning. The metal extension rod is labeled "Entry Gard TRUTH'. With the number 20610. Need to replace a number of KK window mechanisms in 35 year old log home in Wisconsin. Most come off track and cannot be closed for inside house. Operator shaft piece isn't able to close the window. It can pick up the gears to open the window but just rotates on closing. It looks a little striped. Is there anyway I can just replace the shaft piece? The screws attaching the dual arms to the window look almost impossible to reach unless the who ... (cont.)

The drive screw is no longer properly retained in the operator mechanism and pushes out when closing the window. I may only need a retainer clop of some sort, but it may be simpler to replace the entire operator. An exploded parts view would be very helpful.
