Hello, I am trying to replace this arm on my windows. I and wondering it the part comes with the additional supports on the top and bottom or if those are separate.

Hello, I need a window operator that will fit with the strike plate on it. See my pictures attached. The arm is straight.

It is binding likely needs replacement. The window was originally installed in 2002, recently had the glass panes resealed so I prefer not to replace the whole window assembly.

window doesn't not open unless I push them turn. Feels like the whole mechanism is stripped not the actual arm. When the window is pushed out a few inches it goes in and out with no problem just when it gets close to closing is when I need to manually do it with my hand

These are double arm operators. The numbers on the arms are 31538A and 20810. On the base, the number is 45273, and there is also a number 12. The cover is rectangle, 5" and the handle is 4". If you have there or equivalent, I will purchase four sets including the handle and the double arm. ... (cont.)

Hello looking for the part that has the two screws in it. With the little catch that locks the window to the crank out.

I found a part number on the left side on the what I call a stopper so that the window can only go so far. Part number is 630793 AMS Truth. This was on the left. I have a casement window with truth parts, probably 30+ years old. Original to the window. The window cranks open but the crank doesn't work at closing.
