The longer arm is about 7.5 inches long and the shorter one to the left is 4.5 inches

The window opens from left to right. There is only one arm that attached to the operator system. This is an old system. The arm is about 9 in long.

I am looking for both left and right hand sides of this Casement Window operator. The detached component was from the right side, and the left is pictured still attached. Operator base has part number # 45108, arm part # 40574 and is 9.5" long.

Probably original to house built in 1979. I want to replace operators and hinges to left and right existing casement windows. One photo includes a measuring tape for reference. Found no markings or labels or numbers.

I think this may be a truth or true unit for an arm unit for a window.
