I need the plastic gasket type of I sert that fits between the door handle and the door. There are two (one on each side of the door). One of mine has crumbled, so, I can't make the door knob assembly stay together. Thanks for any help, parts, or advice.

Spring does not work and level stays down. The handle set is for an EMCO storm door (serial number is no longer on the door). The house was built in 2003. Are you able to identify and help? Thank you so much in advance. Miriam.

The cylinder doesn't line up with existing holes on mortise plate. Also it doesn't fit the existing holes. The overall length is 7 inches, width is 1 1/8 inches The measurements between the holes is 6 1/2 inches
