I have a Cole Sewell storm door and an Emtek lock and handle assembly. It was installed 19 years ago. Recently the hub or actuator broke. I have an existing Papaiz 323 brass storm door lockset. What would be the replacement lockset part would it be 40-089? Jamb dimension are face palate 7/8" x 7 11/16" and screw centres are 6 15/16 " It has a keyed tumbler with a knob on the interior. Thanks Bruc

We have a storm door, 29 years old, with a broken handle. Is it possible to replace this. It says both EMCO and PADO on the handle. It is 7" long by about 3/4 " wide. Any help would be appreciated.
