we have the exact EMCO pado storm door. is the 40-101 Swisco Mortise the exact replacement to the 40-049 mechanism... I cannot find any numbers on the old mortise... it is too old we believe. We appreciate any help...

The front on face plate has psh, face plate is about 8", it is around 5 in from screw to screw where it attaches to the door frame. Do you have this piece?

Please check the measurements on Key Tumbler #40-089. I'm trying to replace a PADO tumbler...and it locks 2 times as I turn the key. The key is little...and the key is a MD10. It?s a DFA storm door, as DFA is stamped on the side of the assembly under the deadbolt. The door works, but both handles are loose and have no springy feeling.
