Photos show lockset from a Herbst LaPar storm door that has a broken inside latch. Will the 40-145 set work? I see you recommended the 40-177 to another inquiry, but would prefer the antique bronze finish if the 40-145 would work. Are the locksets metal? Thanks!

this is the latch i need to replace. it has a 1 3/4 inch hole spacing. the exterior handle is a lever handle. if 40-052 works for a lever handle, it is what i needlarry

Door handle for emco storm door. Is a push /pull made by Cmech. Fits 1 1/2 " thick door . The turn mechanism is worn down that it wont open the inside handle when turned from the outside. I was locked out with out it being locked ! Can't get a photo of the mechanism that is turned to relea ... (cont.)

The inside handle has a lot of play in it and no longer reliably latches when closed. I would like to replace them if the parts are available. Again, the number on the door is 10129896044 0034.

The white inside handle's spring is broken. I was looking to replace the white handle and the brass handle, as that looks crumby. The model is Forever View #A 143997. Any thoughts on what's available and how I can get it? And how much if so. Thanks.

So I have a EMCO Forever View model 1454005 door but it doesn't match the portals description, in any case I'm looking to replace the door handles hardware. I'm not sure if it's installed correctly or broken. I could use some guidance on how to proceed please.

The hexnut on the inside handle will not tighten on the square post from the outside handle. Recommend parts. Thanks!

If possible I'd like to identify the door and the knob/lock. There are id stickers on the door but all the numbers are totally worn off so the sticker is all white.
