Replacement hardware to fix my forever storm door?

I have a cole Sewell registration number for my door. I see that this means absolutely nothing since they are out of business. I'm looking for a replacement handle. Photos are below. Please help.

I am interested in replacing the lock on my storm door and need the parts to do so but it has no serial number or name. Please help

Out swinging Gerkin storm door. The lever handle doesn't work very well. Door is approx 1 1/4 in thick. Existing holes on inside are approx 1 3/4 in apart. There are 2 sets , one for handle and one for deadbolt. On the side of the door is a plate that says Gerkin 157456

I recently moved, and would like to replace the attached storm door levers/latches. I can't locate any identifying numbers or names on the parts, or the storm door. The brass outside lever is approx. 7 inches long{plate} any help is appreciated.
