This handle worked for an Emco Forever door!

I installed this handle (40-150 : Inside Handle, 1-3/4") on an Enco Forever View door. Swisco was the only company I found that had one. A few things. When I installed it the two original mounting screws from the old handle were too short. Get two 1 1/2" #8 machine screws (home depot or Lowes etc ... (cont.)

Any tips for removing the center bolt?

I bought part number 40-150 and can not get the center bolt removed to fit my handle. The part is the exact replacement but I need the larger fitting.Thanks

Will replacing the inside handle help fix the outside handle?

inside handle worn out, lets the outside normally horizontal handle drop verticallly. will replacing inside handle with the 40-150 resolve outside handle positioning?

Replacement Latch

Hi, looking for a replacement for this storm door latch assembly. I blieve the cam is not working. The door opens from the inside but not the outside.

Replacement for Cmech surface mount lock set

Current lock set is a Cmech ( surface mount). Age 20-25 yrs. Door width is 11/2 inches and is a key dead bolt. Installion requires spacers for lock,latch, and striker plate. Looking for a replacement set in white

Latching mech spring loaded...

My storm door no longer latches mainly because the it doesn't pop(spring) out to catch the stationary latch plate. The problem assembly is shown mainly by 1st and 2nd photos.
