Hi i need to change the hardware - top and bottom - of the window: tracks, hinges and casement operators Window number: 10 January 2001 LOWE4V 433536 002

Please see attched photo. I need to replace rusted / busted side hinges on Milgard awning windows. The side bracket is 13 inches long. The arm I can see is 7 inches long. Please let me know if you have a part that will work. i need sets for two awning windows. Thank you.
