Hello. Please Help me find this particular window glazing. I do not have any other information other than the dimensions and shape. Can you help me. House was built in 1989.

I do not know the manufacturer and the window is old. Lowes had the trim in a catalog but they only sold it 120 feet minimum. I just minimally need 2 pieces of the first image. ideally I need three pieces of the first image and one piece of the second image.
