S378-26 26" Series 378 Channel Balance

I need 2 replacements.

Looking to replace a block and tackle channel balance. Please see attached photos. Windows are approx 20 years old.

Metal channel is 26 inchesBlue letters 25 5 GV CMC 2Certainteed Vinyl windows installed 2002One is broken, but I better get 2 to be sure.

there are no marketing or stamps so do not know what part number of springs tube order.

Hi, I couldn't figure out the style or series. it looked a lot like S385, but it could also be S380 or even S378.It is as far as I can tell 9/16th inch deep. (1/2 inch).Also I must have bent the takeout clips, so not sure if those are standard. Sorry no pictures are possible while installed. I can ... (cont.)
