Hello, I am trying to replace the coil balance for a customer. Below I have attached a photo of what it looks like. For each window, there are two coils on each side. Hello I have damaged balance .I believe its a coil balance. How do I diagnose which balance is correct one on your website? Also pivot shoe is broken. Thanks Jason

I need to replace one of my coil balance shoes but dont see anything exactly like mine, so, I think that i can replace both sides with #15-158, S152-8, 15-143, & 15-144 would you agree?. i hope the pictures are good enough and my coil has an 8 stamped on it. thanks for your time and trouble, da ... I believe this is from a plygem replacement window. I had an item # from one of the other windows and google search of the # led me to believe plygem made the windows. Size is 1 1/4 wide, 1 5/16 tall, and 9/16 deep. uses a series 160 coil balance. Thanks Brian

Looking at back of unit is there a metal strip with groves that sits under top plastic bar , for support to hold coil sping in place? The units I have now are breaking at this spot , they do not have this metal strip . Could you send , better picture of shoe back Product # 15-140 pivot lock shoe? ... (cont.)
