Looking for replacement weatherstripping for 30 year old triple pain Loewen casement windows.

The photos are of Kolbe weather stripping used on a sliding door. I need about 80" lengths of one piece each.

This is a worn piece of the weather stripping arounf our front door. We need 17 feet to replace it. Can you identify it?

Shown with a sample of a commonly-available (Lowes, Home Depot, Ace) foam strip. The foam is way too thick so the door won't close, even if I cut off the tabs on the kerf so it fits in the frame.

3/8" wide leaf portion with 1/4" plunging portion that comes out from center of leaf portion

I have casement windows that were installed in 1983. The windows are in good shape and requires the replacement of the weather stripping. I have posted a pic of the weather stripping profile.
