I have a Milgard SGD and was referred to your company for a part in the track that's missing (it broke). Hi Swisco I need help to identify this plastic piece that has a screw that sits on bottom of my casement window we have entrygard truth hardware I have a few that are broken and need replacement It seems the bottom of my window rests on it when closed Thank you so much

This part is chipped. Can you help identify it? Do you sell this part? Other parts on this window have the brand name "Truth". Thank you. Linda

Small block that sits under windows and elevates when closing. I am also looking for the lock mechanism

I would like to know what that part is called and the purpose of it. One of my windows is missing that part and I wonder if this affects the window sealing.

part is at the bottom of the glass panel that opens on a truth casement window< it looks like a guide of some sort
