Glass sliding door rollers

We are looking for this roller for our glass patio sliders. Could you please find us a match??

Hi. Please help me ti find roller part number for my big patio door screen.

Roller unit is marked "ULTRA". Has 1 wheel and opposite end has 1 screw for attachment to frame and 1 screw for adjustment. It is 2 and 7/8 inches long and 1 and 3/16 inches wide. The depth or thickness is 3/4" at ends with the screws and 1/2"thick at the wheel end.

Dimensions: Width - 2 3/16 Height - 1 1/8 Depth 3/4

One of the wheels has an axel and the other has only points on a flush axel. Maybe the axel broke? However it broke very evenly on both sides. Looks odd to me. There are two assemblies total. Thank you for your help.
