Good morning, out of the blue the Knob broke yesterday and now I have no idea where to buy the replacement parts .. pls help !!

Thumb latch broke off

Broken latch. Cannot find replacement. Suspect I need to change the entire lock assembly. Unclear based on internet search which items I should purchase. Please advise.

Good Morning, The latch to my sliding door broke off, the lock is 3inches long the plate that it attaches to is 4inches long. Would you have this part? I have attached photos.

Its a door lock on a anderson sliding door im renting the house where its installed and land lord didnt have a key and i need one with keys

My door has this style deadlock assembly (photo attached) with the exact same numbering on it. 2573558 and 7700-14 I also need to replace the corresponding thumb latch assembly with the codes 7442-3 and 7442-4 on it (no photo). What are my options..

Hi, Have a thumb latch for slide patio door that broke. (Inside- Int. Lock Thumb Latch VF 2005.. and has 3 raised dots above the bottom screw hole). (Face side - says Anderson). Space between center of holes is 2 17/32

The thing you turn to lock door broke and I took off the two screws and I saw a number 7442-3 and underneath there are 7442-4. but the part that goes inside that piece is what I need and there is no part number. Thank you, Isabel

I want to replace all my interior hardware to white. I need to know if the white lock replacement will fit my brass exterior keyed lock mechanism, and if so I need the mounting screws to fit in white. Also do you have the stationary door plate in white. Thanks for you help, Bob.
