Hi, I'm looking to install a lock on the sliding door that leads to my deck. I don't know the door's model number but I hope the attached pictures will help. I would prefer to install a keyless lock if possible, one that opens by entering a code on a keypad. Thank you.

How can you tell if you just need a new thumb latch or if you need to also replace the assembly?

The photo shows the part I had removed. Screw holes are 2 1/2 inches apart center to center. Everything else looks fine.

Metal latch snapped off in locked position....yeah it's cold here! Need to replace ASAP. Probably will need the reachout deadlock assembly also.
