82-043 Andersen Tribeca Thumb Latch Replacement

I have this lever lock on my door that someone broke the lever itself. Its separate doom the handle as toy can see.

I am working on a Andersen slider to convert from just a thumb latch on the inside to thumb latch and outside lock. There seems to be special screws for the installation, but I do not see them on your website. Do you have them? They do not seem to be included with either the thumb latch or outside l ... (cont.)

How can you tell if you just need a new thumb latch or if you need to also replace the assembly?

The photo shows the part I had removed. Screw holes are 2 1/2 inches apart center to center. Everything else looks fine.

Metal latch snapped off in locked position....yeah it's cold here! Need to replace ASAP. Probably will need the reachout deadlock assembly also. I just ordered the 82-043 from Swisco, and it's too big. the Overall height for my old latch is three inches. What do you have that can match this?
