What are all of the dimensions of the outside pull on this item? I see the holes are at 3" but no other dimensions are provided.

Would like a replacement handle, inside and outside with outside key lock for this door. 3 15/16" screw spacing. Black/bronze in color. Door width is 1 3/8"

Hello, Please take a look at the damaged glass door handle set. It's an old Arcadia door with an external latch. The hole spacing is 3 3/4". Looking over your choice of sets, the 82-261 seems to be the most compatible. Please advise with another choice if available.
