Hello. I have a similar window but I don't know what roller assembly I need either. Could you please help me find a replacement part? I know the wheel dimensions are 5/16 OD, 3/32 width with a 1/4 wide axel piece. I've attached a picture of it. The width of the window base opening appears to be 1/4 ... (cont.)

Circa 2000 My sliding glass window has two nylon rollers in a nylon capsule that gets inserted into the bottom of the window (see pictures) Do you sell this part or something comparable.

Two independent (?) rollers, I assume they'll pop out with a small screwdriver. These are window installations from the late 1980's. Thanks!!

Need sliding window roller assembly. No part #, or manufacturer. Homw was built in the mud 1980s. Brass wheel; Flat 1/4" dia, hub and wheel are 1/8" . Plastic case is; 7/8" long x 1/4" wide at the bottom. 13/32" tall. Top w/ flange is 7/16" wide. Slot in the middle where wheel rides is1/8". See ... (cont.)

I need to replace numerous Millard window rollers. They are 1/4" wide and 7/8" long. The height is about 7/16". The roller appears to be brass and about 3/8" in diameter but could be 7/16". 87-168 looks promising but would like your opinion before I order them. Thanks

Good afternoon. I'm trying to locate nylon guides (2 lower guides use wheels) to refresh some 1980s windows. The picture attached is of a worn out lower guide with the wheel. Our windows are about 43 years old, and they are still fine with no leaks, but the rollers on a few of them have worn out. Unsurprisingly, we have been unable to find an exact match for this roller. Can you help us find something that might work, even if it needs a bit of trimming or grinding? ... (cont.)

Hello, We need two sets of these window rollers. We attached measurements of the actual wheel and the plastic casing too. If we can get the correct fit for both it is ideal but if not, we can just use the wheel and make shift with the spare casing we already have. Please help!!! Thanks! ... (cont.)

The windows were installed around 2001, I purchased your model 87-168 they were a little bit small for the hole in the window frame and the wheel is a bit small I purchased a roller at a local home center with a 1/2 wheel but the width of roller axels seemed to wide
