Hi, I have ten of these windows, no markings, wood window frame - but the horizontal beam across the bottom of the top window is flat, then steps down twice. Some of the windows slip open, and I want a way to make sure they're closed for the winter. Any ideas for what hardware that might fit? ... (cont.)

Made by AW Hardware for Anderson Windows 25 years ago -- 1992. Note beveled angle of latch.

Hello I have a several double hind windows. One of them is missing a part of the sash lock. Please see pictures. I am not sure which brand of windows these are but may probably be Marvin. Hi I am searching for the attached part for my window. The part has cracked and thus has to be replaced. An exact match would be wonderful, if not then please suggest the best alternative. Also not looking for anything too expensive. thanks! Swami

How loose is the lever part of the latch supposed to be in the piece? We have one lock in our house where the lever piece can be lifted right off the window mounting piece when the window is unlocked. Many others seem loose when you unlock the window and jiggle the lever. Is this normal? Is the le ... (cont.)

Looking for the right replacement hardware. Hopefully not plastic so they won't break like the ones the windows came with.

We would love your help identifying a part number for the lock shown in this picture as a lock on one of our other windows has broken. It looks like part # 7150A-2, but we're not coming up with one with the wide screw set. Thank you for your help!

Is the 90-095 latch a surface mount or do i need that routed hole in the sash? If this is surface mount then I will order ASAP =- if not then please advise me on what other number you suggest. Center to center on the screws is 2 inches. THanks John M

Hi, I've included a photo of the lock I am trying to duplicate, a Swisco-made lock with a substantially beveled receiver portion of the lock. I read the q & a from 2011 about a similar situation but am wondering if there is a product now available to solve this issue. Thanks!

I recently bought two bottom replacement windows for my TW 18210 Anderson windows. The windows came with two locating holes for the sash lock but my locks are not flush mounts.
