I need to replace an Anderson sash lock, part number 16300008, from 1991, in the stone color. The replacement must be metal. Is your 90-095 metal or composite material?

Andersen window sash balance (see attached image), part number on the balance says C13 6#23 585. The total length of the balance is 6 3/4 inches and width is 3 inches. I also need a latch for the same window. Please advise the new part number I need.

Please can you help me order this window latch for our Anderson Windows. We already ordered the Anderson Sash Balance 1231 but don't know which latch to get that needs replaced also. I measured 2&1/2" wide. Thank you very much.

I need to replace this window lock piece. Will sell the house, so I want the replacement piece to match and be pretty. The distance between these two screw holes is 2 inches. Is the 90-095 keeper body wide enough to cover the hole when it is used to replace the discontinued Metal Recessed Keeper?

Does the 90-095 keeper in this set include a notch for a window grill?
