Looking for a replacement swivel latch for a double hung window

Looking to replace 6 of these locks. I believe they are 59-619 but not sure.

I need thermal gard window locks. I need mostly right handed ones, but I also need one that has the lock and the little square right under it on the left hand side. Can you tell me the cost?
