is there a video on how to figure out what parts you need to replace and how to replace these parts for a thermal gard window that wont stay up any more

The right side window latch handle broke off. The one shown is the left side. Is it possible that you still have this part available? If so I would like 2 of them, or if they are left and right, I would like one of each. Thank you. Richard C

I believe the left part of this image shows the sweep latch, but not sure what the right portion is and if you have it. The right portion says "Thermal Gard by Season-All" and is about 4" x 1-1/8" according the photo my customer sent me.
