Window lock- metal Keeper- metal Came off Silverline window. Not like any other lock on the other windows of the same batch. Holes are 2*1/16" spaced.

the keeper slides into the window, holes are 1" apart, from center of hole to the top is 1.5" it is also 1.5" from edge to edge. The lock holes are about 2 and 1/8 from center to center and 1/2" back to center of hole from keeper

What part # would these be? 1st 3 pics are of the balance needed and the other is a cam lock. Distance between cam lock screw holes measure 2 1/16". Came off a doublehung Simonton window purchased in 2011.
