Looking to replace right side lower balance springs ion Simonton double hung window. Appears to my uneducated eye to be double spring. Window installed in 2007. Did not remove as I need to wait to spread the channel for removal. Also looking for replacement locks between upper and lower sash. ... (cont.)

Hi. I have this sweep latch I am hoping to locate. It is a single hung PVC insulated window. The chrome button on the top, must be pressed in order to activate the sweep latch. The date of install is 2004. Have you seen this latch before? I hope you can help. Thanks Tracy

I am trying to find replacement parts for my window, but I can't find any label to indicate who even manufactured these things. The sash lock is 2 1/16" hole to hole, and they are 7/16" from the back. The overall width is 2 5/8", and 1" wide. Part numbers are 1580 C-A NY, 1585 C-A, 1579, 1584, and C ... (cont.)
