Thank you for your time and help! I've seen some similar latches on your site, but just not sure which ones to order. I'll need Lefts and Rights. Thank you! I don't care if plastic or metal.

I know this is a long shot... but I'm trying to figure out how to fix several screen and window frames from our triple track windows. I saw one of your videos online and it seems I need new corner keys but I don't know how to know what type. Am I on the right track?

I sure could use some help in identifying the correct latches for the storm windows that are installed in this New England home that I purchased just over a year ago. I guess I bought some cheap storm windows at home depot 5+ years ago and all the plastic latches are now broken (except for the screens). They look like some "Weatherstar" windows I've seen online and the guy at home depot said Larson bought "Weatherstar". All the Larson windows now at HD have met ... (cont.)

Windows are from the 1970's. Tripple track, two storm glass and one for the screen What is the method to remove the spring without having to pry the track open? I don't see a hole to depress and the track looks like a machine "pinched" the area to hold the spring clip

I am trying to find a replacement part for a storm window. I am sending a picture of what is left of the part(one end is broken off). The only markings I see are on the back of the long side it says "R4". Please let me know if you can find this part for me!! Thanks so much!

I recently bought a vacation home that has inexpensive storm windows with screens, about a half dozen of which are broken at various points. I do not know the brand name.
