hi, attached are pics of OK (1337) and broken (1338) screen tab. 2 questions: 1) how do I remove? I tried using a flat-blade screwdriver and hammer like it shows in your video but it didn't work. 2) what is the correct replacement part? thanks, Dave

Good morning, I bought a 95-015 3/6"x5/32" window tilt key on 3/1 and bought one too deep. My dimensions seem accurate, based on how well it lines up, but I think I need 1/8" deep instead of 5/32"Do you have anything like this? Let me know. I hope the pictures are clear.

I have tried to find the corner keys from your drawings. The swivel key best match is 95-209. [The current swivel key is stamped with the number 35.] The dimensions I need are 1/8" wide and 5/32" tall on the shaft material. Side length is 1 1/4".

Hello , I just watched your Youtube video on how to replace stamped corner keys. I did take before photos. These are both from the right upper corner of the storm / screen frame. and the tilt / pivot is broken off both of them. Should I mail these to you for exact replacement

These are the actual porch windows, not just storm windows, if we take one apart and can't put it back together it would expose the porch and it's contents to the weather.
