Looking for exact replacement parts to fix my window

This is a 14" window block and tackle, measured metal only. The bottom plastic is different from the ones that come up on my search. There was only one in this window when I removed the sash, and this one just fell out. Not even sure it's original for this window, since it's an odd shaped end, an ... (cont.)

Hi, I have a broken channel balance I need to replace. It is stamped 2830 BSI. I think this is equivalent to your model 380 Channel Balance? A plastic wing is broken off one side. Need replacement for 14" window chancel balance. No stamp on the original one, sash weights 1 to 2 lbs, metal length 14", channel width 1/2", bottom shoe is winged. It seems to fit the 14" 350 series that has the 19-002 (top) and 15-004 (bottom shoe). Attached are photos. Please help. ... (cont.)
