15" metal rail only, not including plastic. Has stamped A1420. Hoping you have the replacement part. Thank you

This window was installed approximately 21 years ago (2002) in tract homes built by KB Homes. The balancer is approximately 14 7/8" to 15" long. The sides are approximately 9/16" wide.

Broken item is marked with 1450 BSI. I believe I need the S380-15?

Window balance is marked "14D U.S.B." Metal Channel is 15" long, just under 1/2" Wide, 5/8" Deep into pocket in Window frame. Hello, I recently purchased two S350-15 channel balances. I do not think they are the right item because they do not hold up the window more than 4 inches.
