S350-18 18" Series 350 Channel Balance

I believe it is a Starline window. The spring is broken. The balance spring assembly is labeled 17E.The metal channel is 18" long, 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep. The window sash weighs 19 pounds. Thanks, Erwin Schroeder

I'm looking for replacement parts for my windows. They are about 40 years old. I see some on your site but not sure which ones I need. The only markings I saw on them was the 1720 stamped in the metal. Here are some photos. I need parts for five six windows. Thank you

I have Milgard windows and need to replace 2 channel balances. they are marked 18 6 KV CMC 2 and are 18" long. look like your series 350 my sash weight is 24 lbs. Which of your balances matches?

Our windows are metal and use the 18" 1720 channel balances. I have purchased the balances and have attached new hardware to each.
