S350-24 24" Series 350 Channel Balance

I need new balances. Markings are 23c USB. 25" long. metal to metal is 24"

I think based on your website that I need a S350 series counter balance but not a 100% sure as the 19-002 Top looks a bit different with the cross members as my counter balances do not have that feature. I have taken some pictures which I can post if it would help with identification to insure I or ... (cont.)

I am looking for Series 350 1/2" Channel 24" length and 11" length Please advise. I only found the 24" on your web sight. Thank you Belle
