I need 4, 1/2" wide, 24" length channel balances. The base is winged and appears to be 1-1/8" deep front to back. The old channel is marked with 23B u.s.b. The window frame is extruded aluminum and weighs about 13-Lbs. Also would like your help with top sash guide affixed to window sash frame. I b ... (cont.)

The balance is 24 inches long and marked 23c. Also I need replacement caps for top of window itself. They are black and 5/8 by 5/8 internal measurement. Top is flat and measures 7/8 by 3/4. The windows are approximately 40 years old. Thank you. Mike

I've ordered a 2330 24" channel balance from Swisco in the past,but I don't know what series it was? I also need a metal side clip on the side for one of those channel balance to clip on to!

I ordered a pair of channel balance (S350-24 option 2310) to replace a broken channel balance. This is a double pane window and seems to be too heavy for this particular channel balance. i am looking to replace my single, hung, non tilt window. the length of the channel, without top and bottom fittings is 24". the only markings on the channel [printed and not 'stamped'] are "23 4 GS Caldwell'. could you please direct me as to the correct parts to order/ many thanks. paul ... Each slider is stamped with either 2390T-B.S.I.-25 or 2390T-B.S.I.-26. The metal housing is 24 in. long, 9/16 in. wide, 5/8 in. deep. The lower pulley end has a winged shoe, the top has no wings and tapers at a 45* angle. I am thinking these may be 24" Series 350 sliders, but would like to confirm. ... (cont.)

Good Morning. I'm looking to replace 2 channel balances, both stamped with a number 2320. I've attached a few pictures. My question is; will your channel balance S350-24, Option 2320 be a good replacement? Thanks Norm

These channel balances are 24 inches long ( the white metal part), and are 1/2 inch wide. Apparently are spring loaded with a little clip attached to the draw string that fits into a hole on the window frame. There is a number on the part B.S.I. 2320.
