part is attached to the window, it is being alligned with the channel balance.

No idea on make, installed in 1980's.

Need this size sash clip and measure about 13/16

my balance has no stamp. it has the winged clips. the window weighs 27 lbs. which balancer should i get? it is 3/8th inch wide and 29 inch long. please help

Part is a plastic peice attached to top sides of sash which engage the channel balance on aluminum windows. Thanks for helping to identify.

Need to replace the window sash guides in several of my windows. Cap is 1" long 3/4" wide 1/2" Channel width with a phillip's head screw to hold in place. Where can I obtain the parts? Alan

Channel balance spring end caps for aluminum frame double hung non-tilt windows are breaking. Probably 1975 vintage. Stamp on channel spring cover is 2320. Plastic/nylon end caps are attached with a metal bar and do not seem to be detachable. No brand identifiers on window. Contractor grade? ... (cont.)
