S351-28 28" Series 351 Channel Balance

How can I tell which series balances these are to order? I have to get the final number from the owner, but looking to change out 9 to 18 windows. I will also need a couple caps that go on the top of the channel of the movable sash. The "metal only" is 28" These windows are single sash, non-tilt ... (cont.)

The balance rods are marked 27 14L it is on a 35 non impact window. What would the weight lift number i need to replace? Also have 27 4L on a 25 non impact window. Can you tell me or do I have to remove and weigh them. Thank you Eric

Its has a marking 2720 ,I measured the metal part only and its 28" I think I found the correct balance 28" 351 channel balance Product code S351-28 . It looks like the correct shoe and top guide. There are no stamped numbers on the existing part. However, printed on it in black ink: 27 4 IW CMC 11. It measures 28" which does not include the top or bottom shoe. It looks very much like the model #S351 from the photos of 1/2" wide channel balances. Thank you very much for your help! ... (cont.)

My 28" balance is stamped 27-C. Does that correspond to 2730 as in ABC vs 2710, 2720, 2730? If this doesn't help should I take a sash out and weigh it? thanks for your help, steve

I am attempting to order New Window Channel Balances of the 1/2" or the 28" long balance with the 2730 stamp on it but I am not sure which type of footing I need to have to match. Greetings, looking for replacement channel for large 47" x 71" alenco window. Believe the series is 351, 28" length - however existing channel has "2790 hc 35 B.S.I." stamped onside. Can you confirm replacement? Have other pics as well. Thxs Ralph

Have Home Depot American Craftman Windows from 2006. Need balance springs. Looks like your 351 series. Metal measures 28" but numbers stamped on side are 27 4. Do I need 27" or 28"?

I am trying to identify the channel sash top stop. The aluminum is stamped 2720, the shoe I think is 15-002, the top I am having trouble with. It has a V shape that none of the options have. Can you offer a substitute and can you send a sample?

I have decided that the correct channel balance I should get is the Series 351 - 28" but I don't know the stamp options. On the one I have now, it has printed on it '28 4 KR CALDWELL'.
