S351-28 28" Series 351 Channel Balance

You state the width of the balance is 1/2" on the S351-28 but I'm more concerned with the depth. My old balances are the 1/2" width but are only 1/2" in depth also. Tried to buy locally and width is ok but depth is closer to 10/16th" making it so I can't get my window back into the proper position. ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm trying to match a channel balance. It has the # 2730 stamped on it. It most resembles model S351-28 from your catalog HOWEVER the top seems more like the 19-005 top as opposed to the type included with the S351-28 model. The window is a single hung, no-tilt, Andersen series 2700. The part is stamped with "27 14L". It is 1/2" thick and 28.25 inches tall. I could not find it on your site. Can you assist?

Yes, the stamp options represent different strength balances. Please remove the window sash and place it on a scale.
