S370-29 29" Series 370 Channel Balance

can't find exactly the part listed anywhere-the number is stamped on side of block/tackle guide. need help to order it. so my windows can go up/ down Balance 1 Balance 2

I need to replace both channel balances on window since it will not stay up. The only number on them is 283000A J. This is no other identification such as manufacturer.
