Need to order about 6 of these. I cant even figure out if this is broken, it seems complete, but the window is not working correctly. IM wondering if something is broken off the winged tab? Except i removed 2 of then, and both are identical in shape, so not sure if its broken or not ... (cont.)

I took pictures of the parts I have. The number on channel balance is 2820 and the part measures 29"x 1/2". I need all replacement parts for 4 windows and instructions on how to do it. Thank you JIM

I am replacing 2 channel balance rods on one of my Capital Product windows. The window measures 33x58. It looks like my channel balance rods match...S371-29. Looking for confirmation on the style before I place order... length is 29" Not sure if the top attachment and shoe attachment.. Stamp on the rail looks to be 2830Z. I am replacing 25inch and 29inch balances and can not find a weight stamp on the balances. The series 370 appear to be correct balance. Purchased 4 S372-29 Channel Balances. The bottom shoe is incorrect. I submitted a request for an exchange on April 26, 2014. I think that I need an S370-29. Please look at the attached photos from my old Channel balance and confirm. Thank you. Thomas
