18-093 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Capitol

I tried to use the part identifier on the website but it isn't working for some reason. The first two photos are the top of the balance. The third photo is the stamp. And the last two are the bottom. Which balance is this?

I realize that this piece is mangled and twisted but I am looking for about 40 of these. Based on the latch lock, these are Capitol Windows and this part is at the top of the channel balance.

can you id this for parts or replacement

Window is a discontinued MI Window, 1994/1995, series 150/250/350 (I think). No part numbers remain. Metal parts needed, eight (8), to replace bendable/breakable plastic parts. This 1" size part screws into top side of sash. It holds the spring-ballast in place. The picture showing ruler has ... (cont.)

I have MI 165 windows. The plastic Sash Cams at the top of teh Cahnnel Balance have broken. I have attached photos and dimentions. I am trying to make this repair asap. Thank you, Chris

I have a customer with a broken channel balance for a vinyl window. We do not know the manufacturer but are trying to locate a replacement balance. The only markins on the balance are: k 211000HN
