18-093 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Capitol

Hi, I need to replace the balancer on the window but unsure which one to get. The bottom window panel measures at 28 inches. Thank you for you help.

Can you give me the part numbers for this balance and top sash guide. I think they are Capitol single hung aluminum windows. Probably manufactured around 1995.

The clip that is at the top of the removable bottom sash is broken on a few windows. The clip is secured by a single screw once inserted into the sash. without that clip the window does not stay up due to the fact that it does not allow the balance to activate.

good morning. I am in need of identifying this channel guide and the top guide located at the top of the window pane. We live in a Maronda home that has "MI" (???) windows in it. We need to replace one window sash that lost its seal (turned white inside). I am looking to order (4) of these types of balances. The balance has a model number stamped into the front side, I believe it reads "333000HN" and there may be a "J" off to the left the model number. The balances were part of windows of an unknown manufacturer, installed in my home around 1995 or ... (cont.)

Unsure what the part is called but it holds the spring rod (balance?) in place. Approximately 1/2" by 3/4". 2 holes for screws.

Please assist in selecting a proper channel balance and sash guide top. Both shoe and the top of the channel balance do not appear winged. The Sash guide top measured 1" across the flat top and 1" tall. The Shoe and channel guide top measured about 3/4" tall. (i think) The window was acting unusu ... (cont.)
